Smith Creek will continue to be open for business. All deliveries will be completed as scheduled. Our retail facilities will remain open to receive green waste and organic recyclables per our critical infrastructure responsibilities.

We encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines during this time and shelter in place. You may call and schedule deliveries for your home or business, understanding our drivers will follow protocol to minimize contact on delivery. This is for their safety and your own.

If you come to any of our facilities, we will be happy to help you, bearing in mind the following:

1. If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms, please refrain from visiting us at this time.

2. When you come into the lobby or scale house, please utilize our hand sanitizer upon entering.

3. Maintain a six-foot minimum distance from employees and other patrons while on-site.

4. Every effort has been taken to minimize the spread of illness through regular bleach cleaning and the use of PPE for our employees. If one of our employees asks you to do something to maintain our safety protocol, please do so.
